Education is a major focus for Paul Mengert, Association Management Group’s founder and current CEO. Put into simple terms, AMG is a management company that provides top-notch training and which functions as a shorter version of a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program. The classes in the program are taught by Harvard Business School alumni, who happen to live in the Greensboro, North Carolina area, where Paul was born and raised and where he located ANG’s offices. A great many of the instructors for these classes are executives with various companies, serving as managing partners, presidents, and even CEOs.

One reason he started AMG is because Paul Mengert believes that it is important to give back to the community, whether you do it personally or through business activity or a little of both. He has become a highly regarded leader in the homeowners’ association management industry, primarily in the Carolinas, but also nationwide. In addition to teaching homeowners’ associations how to be more effective, Paul Mengert and Association Management Group have also participated in activities designed to make the community better, such as a food drive for Greensboro Urban Ministry, where they distributed more than 1 million pounds of food to the hungry in Greater Greensboro.
