Paul Mengert credits his undergraduate education and ongoing continuing education for contributing to his business savvy and leadership skills. He studied political science and communications at the University of North Carolina (Greensboro). Later, Mengert earned a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He also completed one of Harvard Business School’s renowned Executive Education programs. The Owner/President Management Program (OPM), which spans three years, examines a broad range of topics to assist executives in strengthening business fundamentals while mastering other leadership strategies. In addition to his own focus on education, Mengert supports AMG staff in furthering their own educational growth to benefit themselves and client community associations.
